Moly TS-264
Description
TS-264 SeaSafe(TM) EP Skid Grease is used for skidding steel-on-steel
rails or steel on wood timbers in an environmentally sensitive area.
It is a biodegradable grease without petroleum oils and with molybdenum
disulfide for skidding operations where grease comes into contact with water.
TS-264 has passed the portocols of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Applications
TS-264 is designed for lubricating any type of rail that, in particular, may result in
the lubricant's becoming immersed in water. Examples of applications include
skiddingvessels into the water from a shipyard or skidder ways of offshore drilling
rigs where grease may be washed overboard during cleanup.
Moly TS-210
Description
TS-210 SeaSafe(TM) Leg Dope and Cable Lube is an EP open gear grease (NLGI 2-1/2)
that has passed protocols (modified) of the US EPA for use in environmentally-sensitive waters,
such as the Gulf of Mexico. It has excellent extreme pressure performance. TS-210 is environmentally
and hygienically safe, but not biodegradable.
Applications
TS-210 SeaSafe™ Leg Dope & Cable Lube is a high performance open gear and cable lubricant designed
for use in an environmentally sensitive area.
Moly TS-90
Description
TS-90 Moly Gear Concentrate is an additive for all types of gear oils to lower friction and
improve the film-forming capabilities of the oil. (Mix 1:10).
Applications
TS-90 is an additive designed to impart high performance benefits to finished enclosed
gear oils. It is added to gear oils at a mixture ratio of 1:9 (10% treatment); that is 1 part
of TS-90 to 9 parts of gear oil. A ratio slightly more or less is acceptable. (TS90, TS 90)
Moly TS-66V
Description
TS-66V High Temperature Grease is a synthetic grease that provides continuous lubrication
above 500 degrees F and beyond 600 degrees F with more frequent lubrication. TS-66V contains
no metal substances and it is non-hazardous to health and the environment. TS-66B is for bearings
and TS-66V is for valves.
Applications
TS-66V is recommended for use in extreme temperatures. It provides a good continuous film and
has exceptionally stable consistency under dynamic working conditions. It functions well in most
applications involving constant wear and heavy loading. TS-66V is resistant to the effects of H2S.
Note: TS-66V is available in two formulas, TS66B for bearings and TS-66V for valves.
