High Pressure Thread Compound
Description
API-MODIFIED will seal and withstand pressures to 10,000 psi and will not harden or dry. Its lubricating characteristics
reduce friction in the makeup of casing and tubing, preventing galling and wear. Maximum thread engagement is ensured,
providing optimum leak resistance.
Applications
API-Modified is specially formulated for use on casing, tubing, line pipe, flow lines, subsurface production tools, and tank
batteries. It will lubricate, seal and protect threaded connections of oilfield tubular goods on makeup, in service, and in
storage.Fill threads root to crest including shoulders and seal areas.It is not recommended for rotary shouldered connections.

Copper/Graphite Drill Collar and Tool Joint Compound
Description
The highly refined, low pour point oil used in the production of our grease ensures brushability at low temperatures as well as
the necessary oxidation and thermal stability at high temperatures. Aluminum based greases offer the additional advantage
of superior adhesion to wet steel surfaces and resistance to water wash-off.
Applications
As stress levels rise above 50% of yield, the friction factor increases, limiting downhole makeup. Full hydraulic joint efficiency
is maintained allowing joint shoulder faces to mate completely without standoff or deformation. For invert or high-pH muds,
use Jet-Lube EXTREME™. For wedge-type thread connections, use NCS-30™ ECF for best thread-wear protection.
Not recommended for oxygen service.

Description
SEAL-GUARD's advanced base grease and additive technology (CZ-EX Plus) is further enhanced with high and low strength
polymers and innovative solid lubricants. The result is superior lubrication under high loads with galling resistance equivalent
to heavy metal-based compounds in a totally metal-free formulation. This cutting-edge technology provides a high affinity to metal
surfaces with a relatively low solids content, creating a film that gives consistent frictional performance without restricting proper
engagement of the connection contact surfaces regardless of connection design.
Applications
SEAL-GUARD is recommended for use on premium connections, flow lines, nuts, bolts, etc. Can also be utilized on jacking systems.
Not recommended for oxygen service.
